1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes, absolutely! We love traveling and are available worldwide to capture weddings in any location. Whether you're planning a coastal celebration, a mountain elopement, or a romantic city wedding abroad, we're happy to be there with you.

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

Yes, we’re here to guide you every step of the way. While no one knows your style and story better than you do, we’ll help with suggestions for locations, timing, outfits, and overall vibe. You get to choose what feels right. We’re just here to support that vision and make it all come together beautifully.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

To secure your date, we require a 30% non-refundable deposit. For weddings, cancellations or rescheduling must be made in writing at least three months in advance. Wedding dates are difficult to move due to the nature of our bookings. We do understand that life happens, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate you. Engagement and couple sessions are more flexible and can usually be rescheduled more easily, depending on our availability.

4. Do you offer digital files or prints?

We offer beautifully curated online digital albums that are live for 3 months. You’ll be able to download your images in high-resolution for printing, or in web-size versions for easy sharing online — whichever suits your needs best. At the moment, we don’t offer physical prints, but your images are delivered print-ready should you wish to create your own.

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?

Yes, we have a special something we can offer you... Please enquire to hear our secret! We also work closely with two trusted videographers whose style matches ours beautifully, and we can offer you a discounted rate through them as well.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Most definitely! We love bringing your vision to life. If there are specific poses, moments, or ideas you’ve been dreaming of, just let us know. We’ll make it happen while also guiding you naturally throughout the day to capture genuine, beautiful moments.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Yes, absolutely. We love connecting with you before booking. A quick call helps us get to know each other and make sure we’re the right fit. If you're booking a wedding package, in-person meetings are included in our offerings. We’re always up for a relaxed meet and greet and a little dreaming together about your day.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

You’ll receive your full wedding gallery within 4 weeks. For engagement or couple sessions, the turnaround time is just 2 weeks. No matter the occasion, we work efficiently to deliver your memories while keeping our editing true to your story.
